New developments concerning treatment of environmentally relevant substances become more and more important in Europe.
The European Environment Directive EU-Directive 2002/95/EG – restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. – RoHS was ratified at 01.07.2006 and prohibits the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment which exceed the maximim MCV ( maximum concentration value) of lead, cadmium, chrome, mercury or substances containing PBB/PBDE elements mentioned in the EU-Directive 2002/96 (Directive for electronical and electronic equipment).
All products delivered by us are standard conform and fulfil all known and approved requirements of the RoHS directive whereby all exceptional provisions for network infrastructure equipment has been taken into account.( See details in attachment 7.2)
